ORDERING

To place an order, simply use our easy on-line shopping cart and checkout forms. We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard securely on this web site. For check or Money Order purchases, please contact us for instructions.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping occurs in 3-7 business days of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We will send you shipping charges and an order total with tentative shipping date. Shipping and handling are not included in the cost of the items. That is determined on individual order basis for your savings. If you have provided your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail notification that your order has shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

We allow for returns(for store credit) if the customer is not satisfied with the product, up to 9 days after receiving the product. Product must be returned in same condition it was sent. There will be a 30% restocking fee on all items returned to us. Items cannot be returned to us after 9 days of receipt, unless you inform us within that first 9 days that you intend to return it.
